Project Overview

The Direct Acquisition business unit at Progressive Insurance, one of the largest providers of insurance in the United States, aims to assess the viability of a new distribution channel* in platforms that large scale businesses offer to small businesses. 

Goal: How might we lead the conception and design of the system that supports this new strategy* tailored towards the needs of small business owners?
